Kyocera K132?

I have the Kyocera K132 cell phone by cricket. I have the plan that includes caller id, but whenever someone calls me, even if I have there number in my contacts, it says call from unavaliable. I have assaigned pictures to contacts and tried many things, but cannot figure out how to fix my caller id issue. thanks to everyone!
