Reset Kyocera Wildcard (M1000)

I bought a Virgin Mobile Wildcard (M1000) off of the internet and the seller never gave me the V-key so that I could switch my account. There is only .1 cent on the phone and I have already waited 100 days for the account to re-set. Is there anyway to get this phone back to factory settings without having to go through those damn customer service people at VM?
