How to assign an mp3 ringer on my Kyocera E2000 phone.?

I bought an SD card for my phone, loaded songs on it and then put it in my phone. The mp3s are there and I can listen to them. I cannot figure out how to assign one of these songs as a ringtone. Any one know how with this particular phone?Also, is there a way to hook my phone up to my car's stereo so that I can listen to the songs through my car's speakers?
