i used to have the kyocera strobe for metro and i loved it, im getting added on to a verizon plan my family has and i wanted to know if i can somehow unlock a strobe [i would get if off ebay] and use that?































if not please list suuuuper cheap verizon phones i could get for a plan. my limit is around $30. i kinda have to talk my mom into getting it cuz she doesnt know my current one is broken.. again :P
