Help with a Kyocera Candid?
About 2 years ago I bought this phone from wal-mart and it wasnt until last december when i stopped putting minutes on it. Now I want to turn it back on and im having trouble. When i go to the website to turn altell prepaid phones on, they dont have my phone, I tried calling altell twice and got hung up on both times. I cant use a phone card either because when i try to call something it tells me to call a customer service representative. Is it possible to turn this phone back on?
