I have my Kyocera Mita KM - 1820 copier. I used and consumed three original drums after buying it and the print quality is great. But the original toner is very expensive that is why I opetd to buy refill one. But it turned out poor quality of my printouts. After consuming the generic one I bought a brand new toner cartridge thinking that it will restore its original quality printouts. But to my dismay, the printouts are the same. It is poor quality. Is there something wrong with the toner or the machine itself? What will I do? Thanks a lot for your help
