Can you download pics and ringtones to a Kyocera Cyclops?

I have a Marbl and it sucks not being able to. I'm talking about being able to go to phonezoo.com and send a ringtone or pic to your phone, or being able to get a USB cable and software to send pics and ringtones from your computer to your phone.

i dont have a marbl, but on most phones you can buy a cable or even a bluetooth adapter from computer to phone. i do the same with free ringtones that i make and ones that i download from Ventones
