How do I fix this problem on my LG Chocolate?
I just got an LG Chocolate 8550 and it's great. However, I've been trying to use VZW Tones Deluxe 3.0 but each time I open it up, it tells me to upgrade...to 3.0. So, I follow the directions and it eventually leads me to the screen that says:This app is already installed. Insert the card used to download this app to upgrade or extend its license.In addition, if I try deleting it, it says:License not found. Insert the card used to download this app.I never used any card and this is a brand new phone!P.S. This app came with the phone, I didn't download it.
