Please help me how to use bluetooth on lg envy.?

my friend who ahs a phone with t mobile tried to send me ringtones to my phone with verizon which is an lg envy, and it wont work, it says sending falied. any suggestions on seeting for my phone.

do u have the phones connected through bluetooth? if you dont connect them and retry. to connect go to settings and tools and then to bluetooth menu turn on bluetooth and search for devices passcode is 0000
