LG enV2 problems..?

So I recently (2 weeks ago) bought the enV2, and now every time I text and hit the space buttons (internal) or the # key on the external face, the phone freezes up. The only way to get it back on is by taking out the battery and putting it back in. Is anyone else having/had this problem? Or does anyone have any ideas or solutions? Thanks for all the help and suggestions

And its also doing it in the calendar function. This is so irritating!!
