If yo live close to a Mall, try to go to a cellphone accessory kiosk. If you have one, they will prolly sell an antena that does behind the battery of your phone. It is flat and looks like a micro chip..but it is more like a sticker that goes right behind the battery. This should give you better reception.if that does not work..the LG cu720 is the shine sold by at&t. Go to an at&t store and ask for a new SIM card. because your SIM card could be old or scratched up, it could effect your reception. there is a good possiblility that this will help.if that doesnt work...get a new phone through warranty from at&t. you have a one year warranty on the phone and because it is not catching reception, this is a defect with a phone (if it is not the SIM card of course). But you will recieve a refurbished phone if you go through warranty. So try the other options first
