Should I buy a good laptop or a decent laptop+ lg voyager phone?

I have around 800$ dollars to spend. Should I buy a super good laptop with my money that will be good for years and can run new released games for the next 3 years+ to come OR.. buy a slower laptop for around 500$ that I might regret buying and want to buy another one but get get a Lg Voyager Phone too?

Get the good laptop you can always buy a phone later its a bit more logical.then get the phone later.

Buy the best laptop specs you can get so you won't feel sorry after a year. I don't recommend buying previous version if you got the money to buy the current best version. Co'z it may save you some cash for now but later you might be force to buy or upgrade to the new one and it can drive you crazy if you feel you bought something a bit undated.
