What would be the best way to charge my new LG Verizon cell phone???

What method of charging insures that the cell phone battery maintains 100%( or close to it) charge capacity???...I got the LG Verizon Envy,I think it's called... Super cell phone... Awesome extras... Holds in the hand real nice when opened... Stereo speakers, keyboard pad, 2 mega pixel smart video cam ... Thanks

dont charge if it has two or one bars left best thing to do to conserve battery memory is to drain it if possible
