i want a new ringtone but i have to go on the internet to buy it, can anyone help me in this situation thanks

Some carriers let you download ringtones right from there website and then its sent to your phone. if your dad put an complete block of the internet on your phone then you wont be able to get new ringtones from anywhere. thats probably why he put the block
