How do you access apps and games on a LG UX830 cell phone?

I just bought the LG UX830 from U.S. Cellular today and I got some easy edge plan for it and I decided to buy Guitar Hero 3 or something and after it finished downloading I couldn't find it on my phone.Thanx ; )
