How many songs can a 1gb memory card hold for LG Chocolate (VX8550)?

I want to buy a memory card for my blue mint chocolate(VX8550). I only want t put about 100-150 songs on it. I'm taking these songs from itunes. How many will a 1GB memory card hold? How much will this cost? and How do i put the menory card in my computer?
