Where can I find a NEW Rumor by LG cell phone w/out the plan?

Just the phone, without any plan required. NEWThe website is so FUC,KE.D up it wont let me sign on, I already tried to use the Sprint site in other words, it doesn't work.I JUST WANT TO BUY IT. I DON'T WANT TO BID ON IT.
