I have AT&T and I have an LG CU515 phone, how can I add a java application or game

onto it via usb or micro SD? Ok, so i've tried about everything but my phone won't register these java applications... if i set my usb to "data service" will it connect to the internet through usb, and if so, will it carge my phone, because I do not have media net (data service to connect via phone connection)
