How do I unlock my LG CHOCLATE KG800 phone from the TELSTRA network and...

...use an OPTUS SIM? i have had my LG hoclate KG800 for about 2 1/2 months now. and I keep getting porn that i havent subscribed to, sent to me daily even though i have been to the telstra shop and they stopped one. Im sick of it and want to change back to optus.how cna i do this?
