Okay, so I went to the store, and they explained how Verizon disabled that feature, but the tech lady behind the counter said that she would try to update my phone anyway, just to see what would happen. Long story short, she plugged my phone into a computer, downloaded all my pics, ringtones, and anything important, then wiped my phone and updated the firmware/software/whatever you call it. Then she put my stuff back on the phone. Of course nothing happened. Still can't use bluetooth file transfer cause she updated the firmware/software. I want to know if there is a way to downgrade the firmware/software to before Verizon disabled it. Or even just unlock the bluetooth file transfer profile/function. I have a data cable, so I can hook my phone up to my computer. I have computers with both vista and xp, if that matters. and one more thing, I have an LG enV as I stated before. Apparently there are a lot Motorola programs out there that won't work with an LG phone. Thanks in advance
