How do I change the texting settings on my LG Neon phone from Fido?

I have been texting all day on my LG Neon phone from fido and when i went to open up a new msg it says no space for text message. Create MultiMedia message? and if i say 'yes' then a blank page comes up and on the top if says 'slide 1/1' and in the corner it says '2/300K'. So basically my texting if just kinda broken and this 'MultiMedia message' thing is coming up instead. I want to know how to put it back to normal! if anyone can explain how to do that that'd be great! thanks

delete the text messaging in your in-box and the new ones should appear
