Why can't my LG shine CONNECT to the internet?!?!?

it is a TU720 and i just got it off of ebay.

Try calling your carrier and speak to them about the settings of your SIM card, it is possible to disable WAP on them so that you cannot use the internet. Also you may be in a low reception area and that could be the cause.

Maybe its faulty, Get it checked out and if it is right to the seller and give them bad feedback get them KICKED off of ebay.
