yes, and only if it a gsm phone. All you have to do is just get unlocked here or in Aruba either place will do it. Also once its unlocked you can take it any place in the world.But you do have to by a Prepaid Sim card from Aruba. This way you can use your phone.The only thing is that people from U.S calling at that number will give them a huge long distance rate. So see if they have good international rates to the States.
