...(st alps tea house) by subway? We want to take the subway. Can somebody please give me step by step directions for the subway? I have no idea what I am doing.

CORRECTION: I mean to 3RD AVENUE BETWEEN 9th AND 10Th

There is no 39th Ave. Only 8 numbered Avenues in New York, and Madison, Park, East and West...something like that, and Broadway.
