How to update to the new Windows Mobile?

I have 6.1 and I hear there is 6.5 out? I'm just wondering how to update?! I've looked everywhere. I have an LG Incite from ATT. Any updates for that matter. I updated the texting but that didn't really help anything.

Attach to your computer or directly mobile web then copy your all the doc from phone to computer (back up your phone) then download new version on to phone and install that. go to mobile9.com
