how do i get the songs that ive downloaded like from limewire to a cell phone i hav the chord and i no tht theres some software you have to download but i dont know how to download the software help plz its for a motorola v197

mobile phone tools is what you are looking for. It is purchasable from motorola's website. Any other software is illegal and breaks the terms of use contract with your manufacturer.
