i have a motorola sb5101 modem. i suddenly cannot connect to the online with my...

...ps2. i have before? know why? i have been connecting to the inter on my ps for the past year now. My internet does work from my cpu so it is working. I suddenly cannot connect any more. i have tried deleting my network config but i just made it worse because i cvannot make a new 1 because the test now times out. if any1 can explain or help plz notify ASAP. : ) : (
