I bought a Motorola SLVR L7 and used to plug it in the computer, upload pictures+

but now I cant,cant format? I try to click it and format and explore and more and it says "please insert disk into drive E:" and now I can't get to the memory card on the phone and upload thing, what happened? and what can I do?
