Default I can't open the motorola download for my new cable modem...?
there is a download on motorola.com but i am unable to open it...why is this? do i need to download something to open pdf documents? tysm

what you downloaded were probably instructions in pdf format...you need adobe reader for that...it's a free download...google adobe reader.
