On a Motorola Razor, how can I get my videos onto my computer?

Does it matter that I have the texting service disabled? So far this has been the most crap-tastic phone I've ever had and I don't know if all Razors are like this or just the two my husband and I have, so if anyone can help or if anyone else is having similar problems....
