first you need to download new home screens. i recommend joining one of the forums like hellomotoq.com and then go to their download section and choose your home screen.then connect your Q to your computer and go to the home folder. place all the files that you downloaded into the home folder and then disconnect the Q. go to settings on your phone -> home screen -> and then choose the home screen from the drop list.hellomotoq.com also has programs and very informative forums so i recommend you browse around there too to learn more about the capabilities of your Q. i learned a lot about mine.
