Can I Buy A New Phone Straight From Motorola And Have My Current Mobile
Service Transferred To The New Phone? Okay this is the thing I have Boost Mobile Unlimited, and they only offer a handful of different cellphones to choose from. Well I happen to have a Motorola KRZR K1M, and I just started service with them in early June 2008. But already my charger has stopped working and won't charge my phone, and I'm skeptical about sending my phone to them because my sister sent her phone in and whenever she got her phone back it was worst than when she sent it in! And I already seen this nice phone on the Motorola website that I want to buy but Boost doesn't sell it, which leads to my question. If I buy a brand new Motorola phone that my current provider doesn't sell will they be able to transfer my account information, phone number and web service to that new phone?
**And for those who are not familiar with Boost Mobile they offer Motorola prepaid phone service without SIM cards or anything like that. I pay a flat fee once a month, (unless I decide to add a feature like unlimited text or web) and instead of buying a grip of prepaid cards each month, whenever my payment is due I pay whatever that amount is and I get unlimited talk, text, and web for that whole month.
