so unless there is some way that you cant i didn't know about it,because everyone i know with a razr V3 can do that with their phone

Yes. What you do is you record it then you have to send it in a text, then you gotta go to the text u sent and u gotta store it then u gotta um go to the ringtones on the media and set it as ringtone. Please give me 10 points and trust me i have the exact fone. (get t mobile service)
