It's definitely not memory















My phone is factory default with no pictures recordings etc. and the memory is on maximum.

Maybe your memory is low. Get a memory card.

it may have run out or memory try deleting some things then it should work if not go back to where you brought it from!

you have to change it too maximum memory. instead of minimum.
