I have a Motorola ROKR Z6m cell phone. I need step by step instructions for getting

games from pc to the phone? I have a bunch of .jar and .jad files but where do I put them on my phone? Internet is not an option from the phone. My service provider is CricKet

Thats actually what I am having a problem doing is finding where I need to save these files.
