Our Motorola Symbol MC50 does not have a USB Port but has SD card slot

is there an adapter? Our Motorola Symbol MC50 does not have a USB Port but has SD card slot is there an adapter? I need to plug in a USB device to the handheld and it has no USB port. I have heard that there may be a SD card with a USB port on top of it which can be used?
