Changed my number to my cricket motorola krzr. I tried resetting the phone the way they told me to by dialing *228,that didnt work. So i treid manually reprograming the phone the way they told me to. It started to work but the screen went black so i tried over again. It siad to enter the subsidy code 333333,which worked at frist before the screen went black. This time it didnt work. Took it to a cricket store so they could figure out a new code. They tried 000000 and that didnt work. Se said there is nothing they can do i needed a new phone but i dont believe that. So I called cricket when i got back home and she told me to take it to another store on tommorw but i wont have time cause i will be at work. So can anyone please help me if possible cause i need my phone.
