Default Faulty internet connection with motorola canopy?

I am using 2400 MS model for motorola canopy. My internet has been messing up for the past 21 days. Every 10 minutes, I get disconnected from the internet. It lasts from a minute to 5 minutes, then it comes back on. It's completely sporadic. It will be working really fast for 10-15 minute spurts, then completely shuts off. My internet company will not give me a straight answer and seems to have no interest in solving the problem. Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem may be? Thanks in advance.

I recently had the same problem with my internet canopy. It is the motorola 2.4. It kept dropping like it was power cycling. I have a router so I can see the lights when there is internet and when there is no connection at all. The first time the tech came out he put the canopy on a dish. It worked fine before he left, but then started dropping the connection a lot more. Yesterday it was replaced with a new canopy (with the most recent software) and power supply, dish adjusted slightly, and there have been 0 drops. Have your IP replace the canopy and power supply add a dish if there isn't one and then adjust it to see if that helps.
