How do i get pictures onto my phone from my computer.. or how do i put pictures from my phone onto my computer using a usb cord?

Are you running windows XP?. That should accept the phone as an external memory device that you can find in "my computer". The beep is windows noticing a device on the usb port. The phone must be switched on of course. You may need to load some drivers though. These would have been on a disk supplied with the phone. I think you can download them from Motorola.com
