no violations....Are you using a PC or Mac? On a mac, you don't need any software at all, you just have to have bluetooth capabilities, or a bluetooth adapter. You can't just drop and drag the songs from the file to the phone via USB, at least not with Macs.If you have Bluetooth and itunes on your computer, try this links directions.
