How to I set my verizon Motorola RAZR V3M phone to factory settings?

I need I file or something my because my phone wont let me go to the menu. I was adding the windows xp theme to my phone and my verizon phone didnt like it and now I cant hit menu or anything all I can do is call please helpDUDE can you read it says i cant access my menu when I hit it the screen flashes white and then it says i have no batt and no signal and verizon goes away then it comes back and repeat
