I put the disc in, nothing happens. i go to the CD drive and it says "motorola Phone Tools" but when i click on it, i get a quick flash of a message saying it is preparing to download ....then nothing happens. i have had this program on this PC before so i know it meets the requirments. Motorola has no customer service number and alltel doesn't carry tech info on that product anymore ( because i bought my phone before they bought out my old wireless store). ??
