Motorola KRZR annoying missed call ring - can I get rid of it?

I have verizon and I am about to kill this stupid phone. I hate the missed call alert. I've tried deleting it but it says the ring tone is locked and I can't. There is no option for removing the feature like there is on the RZR. Anyone know of a way to either get through the lock on deleting it or just making it a different noise??Thanks!

I think you can get the password removed from a cell phone reapir shop thru software cables. then it should be easy.
