I bought my phone off of a friend and they gave me a usb so I could put music & pictures from my computer on my phone. I plugged it in & it said it couldn't detect new hardware. I read some other people's questions on here and it said about downloading motorola phone tools. I've been looking for it on the internet for free, but all i'm finding is it for razors. Anyway, if anyone can give me a link for it for free, or tell me why it isn't connecting to the computer that'd be greatttt. thanks!
