How can i get past this option with my Motorola Rizr Z3?? NEED ANSWER ASAP!!?

im trying to get the box up where u type in your unlock code and the contact your server comes up. The first few times i turned on the phone and the box for the unlock code came up. Any ideas of how i can get the box to pop back up??
