Ported my Nextel phone number over charged 200 dollars.. can I argue this...

...after bad service? So of course they are trying to get every cent from me...Although when I ported my number over to them 2 years ago, they opened 2 contracts under my name and caused me tons of grief.. is there anyway I can argue this 200 from bad service before?
