Ok so I have a nextel question.?

Now, I have a nextel, but now my Dad wants to be added on to my plan. So, what I'm wondering is, say I buy a phone off EBay or wherever (because nextel prices are ridiculous), I could call nextel & add that phone to my plan...correct?If my question wasn't clear enough PLEASE let me know. I'd much rather get an answer here than call nextel customer service.

They never speak english.
