The screen still works, it has the Motorola Logo, but sometimes it goes to a full white screen. The yellow "sprint power up and power down" displays when you turn it on and off. It will not go past the Motorola screen or the white screen and bring up anything in my phone.I did not drop the phone, it just froze when I was choosing a wallpaper. When I went to turn it off and on this is where I landed. Please help!none of this has worked so far. i bought this off of a 3rd party so i dont know about the warranty situation. Holding down the center button isn't doing anything because it isn't going past the SPRINT POWER UP screen so it isn't booting.

you have to take it to a service center. you either have a defective phone or a bad battery. if it shut down after downloading a wallpaper, you more than likely have a bad phone. the ic902 is fairly new and you will have it replaced under warranty at no charge.

the software on the phone might be corrupt.If your gonna take it to the service center make sure you have insurance and they should replace it for free if they are not able to fix it.Or you can reset your phone to its default original state. To do that you need to turn it on and hold down the center key while it is booting up. Hopefully that will work for you.With Sprint it doeden't matter where you got the phone from. You can add insurance to your phone at any time. I also got my phone from a 3rd party and then added the insurance to my plan after i started having problems. And they ended up giving me a new phone anyway. Just go online and add the insurance and take it to the service center.
