nokia Nseries pc suite?

whenever i plug in my phone (nokia N95 8GB) the computer seems to just die and a sort of programming screen appears.i dont have time to read what it says but basically this happens everytime i connect my phone to the pc suite without fail.it worked for a few times after i got the phone, but now i cant do music or anythinganyone had similar problems?know how to sort it out??
