you could go to your company and ask them about it. some cellcompanies really do suck now-a-days. I have t-mobile, and I think its one of the most terrible, if not the most terrible, cell phone companies. AT&T is supposedly really good. but i ramble. my phone used to do the same thing.so, i had my friends send me messages, then i'd forward them to people to test it.eventually, it ended up working. i'm not exactly sure what fixed mine though. best of luck, though!
